A belated review from Mother Russia 8/10 !!!

“It is difficult to compare the album with the works of other representatives of the contemporary scene, but, let’s say, one can feel the spiritual relationship of Old Night with the humanistic Warning and 40 Watt Sun. This does not concern so much sound as the presentation of songs, lyrics and vocal parts. The original Old Night material is reservedly charismatic in its melancholy and confidentially touching. There is no branded doom ultra-severity, but the absence thereof does not harm the songs, rather, on the contrary.”
